MUSIC hall enthusiasts are being invited by Walsall Council's Natasha Campbell to step back to the good old days at the Town Hall.

John (Jack) Henry Williams VC DCM MM & Bar (29 September 1886-7 March 1953), was a Welsh recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for
 and Walsall singer Beryl Briscoe will perform at the event at 1.30 pm on Thursday, October 18.

Mike Sullivan is the master of ceremonies and Frank Fellow will bring the house to order with a joke or two.

Coun Louise Harrison, cabinet member for leisure and culture said: "This is a superb way to recreate all the fun of music hall of days gone by.
