The two men decided not to give evidence to the jury and the case was being summed up today by Judge Michael Dudley. Before the trial began a third person, Susan Richards, 50, of Smithy Lane, Brierley Hill, admitted running a brothel at the massage parlour, which was raided by police on September 29 last year.
