Black Box Corporation Named Among BusinessWeek's Top 200 IT Companies.

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 2002

Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq:BBOX) today announced its inclusion in the BusinessWeek BusinessWeek is a business magazine published by McGraw-Hill. It was first published in 1929 (as The Business Week) under the direction of Malcolm Muir, who was serving as president of the McGraw-Hill Publishing company at the time.  Online bi-annual Information Technology 200. Last year, Black Box reported revenues of $744 million and net income of $62 million.
