Black Box Corporation Named Among BusinessWeek's Top 20 SmallCaps.

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 2002

Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq:BBOX) today announced that it was included in the BusinessWeek Online listing of 20 top-ranked small-cap companies.

To qualify, a company had to meet two criteria. First, a company had to have S&P's top investment rankings of 4 STARS (accumulate Accumulate
