Messrs. Newlin and Young will fill the two seats vacated by Steven M. Friedman and James D. Halper in November 1995, following the sale by Odyssey Partners, L.P. of its position in the company.

Young has served as vice president and chief financial officer of Black Box Corp. and has held such position since joining the company in 1991. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer of Genicom Corp. and held financial management positions with IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  and General Electric.
