Black Box Corporation Announces New On-Site Infrastructure Services in Japan.

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2001

Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq:BBOX) today announced that its Japan operation will now provide on-site infrastructure services. Black Box Network Services - Japan is headquartered in Tokyo and also has an office in Osaka.

Commenting on the new services, Francis W. Wertheimber, Vice President - Asia Pacific for Black Box Corporation, said, "We're very excited about being able to expand our technical capabilities in Asia and specifically Japan.
