Black Box Corporation Announces Merger With Todd Communications, Inc.


PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1999--Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq:BBOX) today announced that it merged Todd Todd , Sir Alexander Robertus 1907-1997.

This transaction is being accounted for as a pooling of interests Pooling of Interests

An accounting method, used in mergers and acquisitions, where the balance sheet items of the two companies are simply added together.

Notes:
The opposite of pooling of interests is the purchase acquisition method.
