Black Box Corporation Announces Merger With Grupo Gresco of Mexico.

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2001

Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq:BBOX) today announced a merger with Grupo Gresco. Established in 1990 in Puebla Puebla, city, Mexico

Commenting on the merger, Enrique Enrique (IPA [en'ɾike]) is the Spanish form of the name Henry. As a given name, it ranked 298 out of 1219 for males of all ages in the 1990 U.S. Census.  V. This transaction is being accounted for as a purchase. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
