Black Box Corporation Announces Merger With Austria-Based Schoeller Connectivity.

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 2000

Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq:BBOX) today announced a merger with Schoeller Connectivity Gmbh, a subsidiary of Schoeller Network Design Gmbh.
