PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2000

Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq:BBOX) today announced a merger with Allcom, Inc.

Established in 1993 in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

, privately held Allcom provides technical design, installation and maintenance services for premise cabling and related services to customers primarily in Manhattan Manhattan, indigenous people of North America

. Annual revenues of Allcom are approximately $20 million.

This transaction is being accounted for as a purchase. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
