Black & Veatch Acquires RCR to Offer Telecommunications Clients Total Project Delivery.

Strategic Move Joins Wireless Site Development and Site Acquisition Services

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Black & Veatch, a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company, announced today it has acquired Richard Connor Riley & Associates, LLC (RCR), a leader in real estate, legal and lease management services for the wireless telecommunications industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RCR employs approximately 55 professionals and is headquartered in Chicago. RCR professionals will join Black & Veatch as part of the company's Telecommunications Division that provides wireless site development services to the wireless telecommunications industry, as well as private and public water and energy utilities.
