Contracts with Frontier GlobalCenter will provide BiznessOnline.com's customers with fast access speeds to the Internet, utilizing redundant, independent connectivity ensuring maximum up-time. Frontier GlobalCenter is providing an OC-3 SONET fiber line and Internet access which allows for a SONET transmission rate of 155.52 Mbps.

Connecting over 120 metropolitan areas, the Frontier Optronics Network ensures optimal connectivity performance, operating an IP ring architecture at OC-48 or 2.5 Gbps. With the technology spanning the country, the network brings the lowest latency for real-time applications, with capacity availability for high-speed delivery of commercial traffic.

Utilizing these new products and services, BiznessOnline.com will consolidate and augment its current network with the completion of its first Data Center. Scheduled to open this coming fall, the facility will be located in Albany, NY at 11 North Pearl Street, a "carrier hotel." A "carrier hotel" houses the regional backbone infrastructure of tier 1 Internet access and data transmission providers, and facilitates direct access to those interconnected communication corporations within its location, reducing connectivity fees to high speed networks. The Data Center is being built to support 1,000,000 subscribers, host tens of thousands of web sites and house hundreds of co-located servers.
