Mr. Sullivan brings 18 years of telecommunications and Internet experience to the position, and has spent his career building and managing telecom carrier operations. Most recently, Mr. Sullivan served as President of BiznessOnline.com's Telecon Communications division.

Prior to joining Telecon in 1998, Mr. Sullivan was Eastern Region Vice President of Operations of Citizens Communications Citizens Communications is the parent company of Frontier Telephone, providing telephone and internet access in 24 states.

Mr. Sullivan's role as Chief Operating Officer will complement that of Chief Executive Officer Mark Munro's, and will include responsibility for the Company's day-to-day technical operations such as network management, general administration, billing and customer care operations.

Possessing operating capabilities that span both emerging and incumbent carriers, Mr. Sullivan has overseen a broad range of corporate initiatives during his career, including the development of convergent billing platforms incorporating both data and voice products, and the establishment of sales and marketing organizations.
