As vice president of sales, Sterling will manage the merchandising sales team, develop new merchant product offerings including sponsorships and special offers, as well as create new offerings built on the success of the BizRate.com merchandising program.

Previously, Sterling held the position of director of sales at BizRate.com. In this position, she led the sales recruiting efforts and helped build the sales team from three to more than 20 in one year. Sterling was also instrumental in the recruitment of more than 75 key merchants into the Customer Certified Merchant Program including Buy.com, Encyclopedia Britannica, eStyle, IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company.
