Bivio and Demarc Announce Technology Partnership; Demarc Incorporates Bivio Technology in Upcoming Sentarus GX6 and GX8 Network Sensor Appliances.

PLEASANTON, Calif., April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Bivio Networks(TM), a leading supplier of next generation packet handling platforms, today announced the deployment of the Bivio 2000 platform as part of Demarc's Sentarus GX6 and GX8 network sensor appliances. Demarc, a global provider of threat management solutions, is utilizing the Bivio platform to manage sustained traffic rates of up to 8Gbps, enabling companies to deploy a single sensor on highly saturated multi-gigabit network segments.
