The net loss for the quarter ended June 30, 1997 was $6,386,000, as compared to net income of $504,000 for the three months ended June 30, 1996. Net loss per share was $1.01 for the three months ended June 30, 1997, versus net income per share of $0.12 for the three months ended June 30, 1996. Net loss per share was $1.01 for the six months ended June 30, 1997 versus net income per share of $0.24 for the six months ended June 30, 1996. Not including the $6,301,000 of non-recurring charges cited above, net income and net income per share for the six months ended June 30, 1997 would have been $147,000 and $0.02, respectively.
