The Company's cash and cash equivalents at June 30, 2008 totaled $13,939,000. Net income decreased $320,000 or 24% to $1,001,000 or $0.10 per diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2008 as compared to net income of $1,321,000 or $0.12 per diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2007.
