The Royal Properties leasing team of Jeff Kintzer and David Landes David Landes (born New York 1924) is a professor emeritus of economics at Harvard University and retired professor of history at George Washington University. He is the author of Revolution in Time, The Unbound Prometheus,  announced that Tengda, an upscale Asian Bistro restaurant with locations in Greenwich and Westport, CT and Katonah, NY, has recently signed a lease to open in Darien, CT.

Tengda has signed a 15 year lease for 4,000 s/f at the Goodwives Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  in Darien, CT. The center is anchored by Shaw's Supermarket. Cotenants include Blue Tulip, Rugged Bear, Stride Rite, Wine Port, The UPS Store, Home, Hearth and Patio patio

In Spanish and Latin American architecture, a courtyard open to the sky within a building. A Spanish development of the Roman atrium, it is comparable to the Italian cortile but provides more seclusion, possibly due to Moorish custom. The patio of the contemporary U.S.
, Lanphier Spa, and Aux Delices Cafe.

Tengda expects to open in January 2007. Royal Properties continues to represent Tengda in the search for 2,000--6,000 s/f in upscale neighborhoods throughout New York New York, state, United States
