Bishop Appoints Manager of Resource Development.

Bishop Resources Inc., ("Bishop") listed on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. under the trading symbol "BRI", and on the Berlin Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "BQ1", is pleased to announce the appointment of Arthur T. Fisher as Manager of Resource Development, following his recent appointment as a director. In accepting this role, Mr. Fisher has taken responsibility for the preparation and management of exploration and development programs related to Bishop's pending Toodoggone acquisition and Gordon Lake gold properties.

Mr. Fisher will be responsible for presenting for board approval, a strategic plan to maximize both short and long term exploration programs. Mr. Fisher will be recruiting a management team to assess and compile the significant exploration history of the new consolidated ground positions and to plan the future work programs. Mr. Fisher will take the lead in the negotiations and development of current and future exploration contracts and agreements.

The Board views Mr. Fisher's retention as a positive step in protecting Bishop's interests and in maximizing benefits to its shareholders. The appointment of Mr. Fisher is indicative of the new core of key personnel being formed to carry forward Bishop's objective of becoming a significant resource based development company focused on the identification, acquisition and development of precious and poly-metallic mineral deposits.
