 T. Fisher as Manager of Resource Development, following his recent appointment as a director. In accepting this role, Mr. Fisher has taken responsibility for the preparation and management of exploration and development programs related to Bishop's pending Toodoggone acquisition and Gordon Lake gold properties.

Mr. Fisher will be responsible for presenting for board approval, a strategic plan to maximize both short and long term exploration programs. Mr. Fisher will be recruiting a management team to assess and compile To translate a program written in a high-level programming language into machine language. See compiler.  the significant exploration history of the new consolidated ground positions and to plan the future work programs. Mr. Fisher will take the lead in the negotiations and development of current and future exploration contracts and agreements.

The Board views Mr. Fisher's retention as a positive step in protecting Bishop's interests and in maximizing benefits to its shareholders. The appointment of Mr. Fisher is indicative of the new core of key personnel being formed to carry forward Bishop's objective of becoming a significant resource based development company focused on the identification, acquisition and development of precious and poly-metallic mineral deposits.
