She appeared in the Fashion Pavillion's daily shows, modelling designs by Leeds University fashion students as well as creations from the world-famous Pollyanna boutique in Barnsley. The GYS GYS Great Yorkshire Show is not one of Emily's favourite haunts as she's allergic to animals: "I get itchy eyes, a runny nose and sneeze at lot. Dogs, cats, horses, they all make me feel ill," she said. The schoolgirl from Lightcliffe has been on the books of the Huddersfield-based Louise Morton Model Agency since she was 13 and has her sights set on a career in the fashion world. She has already appeared in a number of catwalk shows, including the recent Huddersfield University graduate show. At 5ft 9ins Emily is already sizing up to supermodel stature.
