: BMAN BMAN - Broadband Metropolitan Area Network ), a physician-driven health care consulting and management company, announced today that its subsidiary, Birman & Associates, Inc., has been awarded a two-year contract with a hospital in Ohio. Additionally, the Company has renewed three one- year contracts with two Michigan-based hospitals and an Iowa-based hospital. The value of these four contracts is approximately $800,000. Additional terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

In these hospital environments, Birman will implement its Quality Management Program (QMP QMP Quality Medical Publishing
