Birks & Mayors Inc. Reports a 4% Increase in Holiday Sales.MONTREAL -- Birks & Mayors Inc. The increase in comparable store sales growth was driven by a 9% increase in comparable store sales in the Company's Canadian market, while comparable store sales in the Company's U.S. market decreased by 1% from the prior year.
