Biozhem Cosmeceuticals is a specialty retailer of botanically-based skin care for men and women. The company markets its products through their retail Biozhem Skin Care Centers and kiosks as well as national infomercials, catalogs and the Internet.

Under terms of the agreement, OWNit assumes management and operational control of Biozhem under an incentive-based management contract. OWNit is the parent company of One World One People, an e-commerce-based virtual community of celebrity-branded Web sites and products marketed through traditional advertising and direct response marketing strategies.

To that end, Biozhem has appointed marketing specialist, Marti Wolf, as president of the company effective immediately. Wolf brings extensive background and experience in marketing to her new role with Biozhem. During the course of her 26-year career in marketing, she has worked for various types of companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small start ups.

"Marti has a strong reputation as an expert in identifying the unique elements of a company, product or service and developing those attributes into successful marketing strategies. Under her leadership, Biozhem Cosmeceuticals will enter into a new era of growth," said Riemann.

Prior to joining the company, Wolf was president of her own MW Consulting Group, a marketing strategies and development firm. Before that, for six years she served as senior vice president for Los Angeles-based Kent & Spiegel Direct, a national full-service marketing firm specializing in direct response television.
