) today reported record fourth quarter and year end financial results for the period ended December 31, 1996.

Revenues for the fourth quarter of 1996 increased 53% to $13.9 million, compared with $9.1 million reported for the fourth quarter of 1995. Operating income Operating Income

Revenues for the year end ended December 31, 1996 increased 239% to $66.4 million compared with $19.6 million in 1995. Operating income for the year ended December 31, 1996 of $23.6 million, compared with operating income of $2.6 million in 1995. Net income for the year ended December 31, 1996 was $23.3 million, or $0.92 per share, compared with net income of $5.9 million, or $0.23 per share, in 1995. Weighted average number of common shares outstanding for 1996 were 25,378,000 compared with 24,993,000 in 1995.
