Biosensors Announces Marketing Agreement With De Royal.

SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 2003

Biosensors International today announced that it has entered into a marketing agreement with worldwide medical products distributor DeRoyal to expand distribution of its lines of critical care products. Under the agreement, DeRoyal, headquartered near Knoxville, Tennessee, will incorporate Biosensors' re-usable transducer transducer, device that accepts an input of energy in one form and produces an output of energy in some other form, with a known, fixed relationship between the input and output.  into its custom catheter laboratory manifold kit, which will be sold into catheter laboratory markets that perform an estimated four million procedures per year. This product upgrade will offer hospitals a more cost-effective means of performing catheter laboratory procedures.
