Biosafe awarded U.S. Patent for landfill reclamation.

BioSafe is the assignee of U.S. Patent Number 5,429,454 as filed on March 30, 1994 by inventors Dr. Robert S. Davis and Dr. Richard H. Rosen. As required for a patent to be granted, BioSafe's Landfill Reclamation qualifies as "a new and useful invention NEW AND USEFUL INVENTION. This phrase is used in the act of congress relating to granting patents for inventions.
