Biopool International Becomes Xtrana Inc.DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2001 Xtrana Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :BIPL BIPL Biphase Level ) today announced that the company has changed its name from Biopool International Inc. to Xtrana Inc. The name change was approved by the company's stockholders at its Annual Meeting held June 21, 2001. An Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation certificate of incorporation n. some states issue a certificate to prove a corporation's existence upon the filing of Articles of Incorporation. In most states the Articles are sufficient proof. of Biopool International Inc., changing the corporate name to Xtrana Inc., was filed pursuant to the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware June 22, 2001.
