In addition, Chesebrough and Arden have agreed to additional terms satisfactory to Biopharmaceutics. The settlement ends the litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. In an unrelated case, Biopharm and its licensor settled their litigation against Kiss My Face Company and its supplier, Corwood Laboratories, based on allegations similar to the Chesebrough matter, with payment of a cash settlement and an agreement to cease manufacturing, selling or distributing Kiss Off in any form which embodies the claims of the 922 patent. Kiss My Face Company further agreed that it shall not advertise or market Kiss Off as either an insect repellent or an Outdoor Protection Lotion containing an insect repellent until such time as Kiss My Face Company has dully registered that product with the Environmental Protection Agency Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), independent agency of the U.S. government, with headquarters in Washington, D.C. It was established in 1970 to reduce and control air and water pollution, noise pollution, and radiation and to ensure the safe handling and and each of the environmental authorities of the respective states.
