Biopharmaceutics, Inc. Subsidiary Signs National Direct Sales Agreement for Distribution of Its Branded Women's Health Products.

BELLPORT, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1999-- Biopharmaceutics, Inc. (OTCBB:BOPM), ("Company"), announced today, that its Quality Health Products ("QHP") subsidiary has signed a five-year Agreement with Bi-Coastal Pharmaceutical Corp.("Bi-Coastal") for the direct sales and national distribution of QHP's line of feminine health and hygiene Branded products.

Biopharmaceutics' Acting President & CEO, Jonathan Rosen, stated: "Our goal of expanding distribution and increasing delivery efficiency has placed our QHP subsidiary in a position where it needs to centralize its sales network and reduce selling costs. We are excited to be entering into a direct-selling relationship with Bi-Coastal Pharmaceutical, which brings extensive experience and national reach in the direct marketing of OTC and prescription products. Bi-Coastal's customers include national drug store chains, wholesalers and mass merchandisers, some of which do not carry our Brands.
