(OTCBB: BIPH) (FSE: BTN), a developer of next-generation medical technology, will present its proprietary solutions for the global healthcare marketplace at the Annual Meeting of the Licensing Executives Society, Inc. The conference, "Tools for Licensing in the 21st Century," will take place at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, Arizona on October 16 to 19, 2005.

Biophan executives will highlight the Company's strategy for revenue growth through commercialization of its extensive intellectual property portfolio.
