(OTCBB:BIPH), a developer of next-generation medical technology, has announced that it will be exhibiting its innovative technologies and products at the Medical Design and Manufacturing East 2005 Conference, scheduled for June 13-15, at the Jacob K. Javitz Convention City in New York City.

Biophan representatives John Lanzafame, Biophan's Vice President, Business Development, and Tim Bibens, Biophan's Director of Operations, will be present to discuss Biophan's solutions and to meet with medical device manufacturers.
