Bionutrics becomes SEC reporting company; applies for Nasdaq listing.

:BNRX) today announced that it has become a full reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  said. "Being a full SEC reporting company opens additional avenues of opportunity. It has always been management's goal to provide the company and its shareholders with greater visibility and liquidity for the company's common stock, and being a full reporting company is a step in that direction. In conjunction with becoming a full reporting company, Bionutrics has filed an application for a Nasdaq listing," Mr. Lane said.
