The quarter resulted in a net loss of $1.2 million, or $0.09 per share, compared to a net income of $1.8 million, or $0.12 per share for the three months ended September 30, 1994 and of $0.1 million, or $0.01 per share, for the three months ended August 31, 1994. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 1995, sales were $46.1 million, compared to $48.1 million for the same period in 1994. The net loss for the three months ended September 30, 1995 was $1.2 million or $0.09 per share, compared to a net income of $1.8 million or $0.12 in 1994. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 1995, the net loss was $7.5 million or $0.52 per share, compared to a net loss of $1.8 million or $0.13 per share for the same period last year.
