Bion Environmental Technologies, Inc. Announces Capitalization Restructuring.Business Editors LITTLETON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 2000 Bion Environmental Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :BION) announced today that it has begun to implement the final components of the restructuring of its capital structure, which was agreed to as part of its transaction with D2 Co., LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol. LLC - Logical Link Control , in December, 1999. (See Form 8K dated 12/11/99.) This restructuring includes, without limitation, exchanges of outstanding warrants for restricted common stock, exchanges of existing options for new options, exercises of existing options by cancellation of debt, amendment of debt conversion terms and conversion of outstanding debt.
