Kloehn custom designs and manufactures components and assemblies for an array of instruments used in the clinical, diagnostic, medical, analytical and industrial markets. The company's success and rapid growth with top tier pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies outpaced the capabilities of its legacy ERP system. The company required improved business intelligence, quality and scheduling power to resolve problems with meeting delivery dates that were constantly changing and becoming unpredictable.

Kloehn chose Infor after a detailed examination of solutions available from a number of software providers.
