:BGIX) Monday announced that it has come to the attention of its management that an outside party has issued press releases falsely representing their source as Biologix.

Specifically, Biologix International Ltd. and its management did not issue the following press releases:

"BIOLOGIX Shareholders Call for Annual Meeting" Oct. 6, 1999 "MUSIX Makes Bid to Buy Biologix" Oct. 28, 1999

These press releases were not issued by Biologix nor by any current officer, director, or employee of Biologix. Shareholders of Biologix and members of the public should not rely on any information in these press releases.

The press release, "BIOLOGIX Shareholders Call for Annual Meeting," dated Oct. 6, 1999, announces a Biologix shareholder meeting on Nov. 8, 1999 at the company's executive offices in San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden . A Biologix shareholder's meeting is not currently scheduled. Any meeting held on this date will not be a valid shareholder meeting, and any action taken at such meeting will be null and void.

Biologix is currently in the process of concluding its previously announced share exchange with thehealthchannel.com Inc. (OTCBB:THCL). Once this exchange is concluded, the Biologix Board of Directors intends to announce the company's valid, properly noticed Annual Shareholder Meeting. Every Biologix shareholder will be given notice of this meeting by mail.

The press release, "MUSIX Makes Bid to Buy Biologix," dated Oct. 28, 1999, claims that the MUSIX Corp. has made a bid to acquire Biologix. According to according to

The release states that the Boards of both thehealthchannel.com and Biologix are "reported to be resisting the deal." This statement is false.
