(OTCBB OTCBB See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :BIOF) announced today the completion of negotiations to acquire a minority interest in two additional private companies that will file to become publicly traded. These two companies are in addition to the two that were announced on August 11, 2003. The four companies include (a) an organ transplant organ transplant: see transplantation, medical. preservation company, (b) a supplier of goods and services In economics, economic output is divided into physical goods and intangible services.
