 Selmani, Chief Executive Officer of Biosyntech Inc. (OCTBB: BSYI), is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Serge Savard as its new Chairman. Mr. Savard, who has been a director of the Company since July, 2001, is a well known Montreal based businessman who is a senior partner with Thibault, Messier, Savard. Prior to 1993, Mr. Savard served in various capacities with the Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club, including as Vice President and General Manager.
