He is also a local businessman in Montreal, and is nicknamed the Senator. . Furthermore, Mr. Joseph Benarrosh has been granted options to acquire 15,000 additional shares on the same terms and conditions in his capacity as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. BioSyntech further announces that it has renewed options to acquire an aggregate number of 590,000 common shares which had recently expired. All of these options were renewed for an additional period of five years at an exercise price of $0.69 per share. Included in the renewed options are options to acquire an aggregate of 185,000 shares held by directors and officers, namely: Mr. Serge Savard (50,000), Mr. Christophe Guy (15,000), Mr. Eric Desrosiers (30,000), Mrs. Lucie Duval (60,000) and Mr. Matthew Shive n. 1.
