 announced today it has completed the appointment of its board of directors. The board includes well-known figures in the Indianapolis area as well as people who are well-known in the life sciences industry.

Mr. Moralez is president and founder of BioStorage Technologies. Most recently, he was director of specialty services at Covance Central Laboratories. He was responsible for a specimen management department that handled and stored approximately two million clinical trials specimens.

Mike ALLEY - Board Member

Mr. Alley owns Patriot Investments, LLC, of Indianapolis, through which he conducts an array of business consulting and investment activities. He also owns Electronic Evolutions Inc., Central Indiana's leading provider of custom consumer electronics, media, and control devices for homes and businesses. Ron HENRIKSEN - Board Member

Previously, he was president of Indiana University's Advanced Research and Technology Institute; CEO of Itasca Ventures, a Minneapolis life sciences incubator; and president of Khepri Pharmaceuticals, a San Francisco biotechnology company. He also worked 23 years at Eli Lilly and Company Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) is a global pharmaceutical company and one of the world's largest corporations. Eli Lilly's global headquarters is located in Indianapolis, Indiana, in the United States.  (NYSE:LLY) in a variety of management positions. Robert C. RANDOLPH - Board Member

Dr. Wong, president of DT Wong Consulting, LLC, of Indianapolis, is an internationally acknowledged biochemist and neuropharmacologist. He worked from 1968 with Lilly Research Laboratories Lilly Research Laboratories is the organizational name of the global pharmaceutical research and development organization of Eli Lilly and Company, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical corporations.  until his retirement as a Lilly Research Fellow in 2000.
