BioShield Technologies, Inc., Receives Orders From Two New Retail Chains More Than Doubling Total Retail Outlets.

NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 23, 1998--BioShield Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: BSTIU), today announced that the Company has received substantial orders for their Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner Protectant and their Mold, Mildew and Odor Protectant, from two new distributors, Jitney Jungle Stores of America and Bruno's, Inc.

Currently BioShield products are sold through more than 400 retail outlets in Atlanta and North Carolina including Super Value, Winn Dixie, Kroger, Cub Foods, Drug Emporium and A & P stores.

With the new orders, these BioShield products will soon be available in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Western Tennessee and the panhandle of Florida through Jitney Jungle, Jitney Premier, Sack N' Sauce Mega Markets, Delchamps, Delchamps Premier, Food World, Food Max, Bruno's Foods and Pharmacy, Bruno's Finer Foods and Bruno's Super Centers.
