) announces today that it has instituted legal action against one or more persons who have used the screen names FraudFinder1, TeSquared, and theskepticds1 to publish fraudulent and misleading information about the Company over the Internet.

The Company has served a subpoena subpoena (səpē`nə) [Lat.,=under penalty], in law, an order to a witness to appear before a court. A subpoena ad testificandum [Lat.  seeking the identities of these persons.
