BioShaft Water Technology Inc. Completes Sale.

IRVINE, Calif. -- BioShaft Water Technology Inc. (the "Company" or "BioShaft") (OTCBB:BSHF) is pleased to announce the completion and sale of a BioShaft plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

BioShaft has sold and installed a plant capable of treating 30 cubic meters (7,920 gallons) per day in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The client, Water Masters, purchased the BioShaft unit and installed it in a large exclusive residence.

Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants, a leading Saudi Arabian Architecture, Engineering and Industrial Engineering Consultant, recommended BioShaft's technology to Water Masters.

According to MENA Infrastructure.com Saudi Arabia has emerged as the Gulf's most attractive investment destination and Saudi Arabia plans to spend US$400 billion on infrastructure projects in the next five years as the kingdom seeks to benefit from lower construction costs amid the global financial crunch.

"BioShaft is continuing to work on international opportunities in projects and developments that want to install leading edge and environmentally conscientious technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for BioShaft to showcase our technology in a country that is still booming with construction in this tough economic environment. We look forward to working with our new customer in Saudi Arabia," said Hans Badreddine, president of BioShaft Water Technology Inc.
