BioNet Technologies Expands Scientific Staff.

JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1999--BioNet Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: BNTK) announced today that it has hired Dexter T. Thompson as a Senior Research Scientist for its Immune Technologies Division.

Mr. Thompson joined Immune Technologies from the Mississippi Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory where he was a Chemist and Clinical Pathology Technician. At Mississippi Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory he was responsible for toxicology analysis and research and development of new test procedures. He served as liaison to the State of Mississippi Department of Health. In addition, he brings an extensive background in microbiology, product formulation, and pharmaceutical production. He holds a Masters of Combined Science from the University of Mississippi, where he majored in Immunochemistry and Molecular Biology.
