BioImagene Acquires TissueInformatics Inc, and Strengthens Its Position as the Leader in Integrated Solutions for Tox-Path.


CUPERTINO, Calif. -- BioImagene announced today the closing of its acquisition of TissueInformatics, from Icoria -- a business unit of Clinical Data Inc. This acquisition makes BioImagene the technological leader in tissue analysis and enriches their product portfolio from research to Tox-path.
