A line of credit where the customer pays a commitment fee and is then allowed to use the funds when they are needed. It is usually used for operating purposes, fluctuating each month depending on the customers current cash flow needs.

The funds are to be used for multiple corporate purposes.

The million dollar revolving credit line is for a two-year commitment with no equity. Three hundred thousands dollars of credit line have currently been drawn by BioDyne. Upon receipt of the next $150,000, three new board members will be appointed and five of the existing seven will resign. The proposed new members will include acquisition, finance, and corporate development backgrounds.
