This is the fourth Entrepreneurial Forum that BioCrossroads has sponsored, with support from Indiana Future Fund professional management firm Credit Suisse First Boston Credit Suisse First Boston was originally the trading name of the Financière Crédit Suisse-First Boston, a London-based 50-50 investment banking joint venture formed in 1978 between the First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse. CSFB manages the Indiana Future Fund, a $73 million venture capital pool that employs a network of local and national venture investment firms to explore Indiana life sciences investment opportunities. In addition to the Entrepreneurial Forum, BioCrossroads is hosting a luncheon for legislators at the Skyline Club in Indianapolis to update them on related activities. Future Fund investors include Indiana's public pension funds as well as corporate and academic institutions.
