BioChem and XTL Biopharmaceuticals to Collaborate in Hepatitis Drug Discovery.

Under the terms of the agreement, XTL will work exclusively with BioChem on rodent models for hepatitis during a six month option period. Upon attainment of certain technical goals by XTL, BioChem will enter into an alliance with XTL to develop small molecule anti-virals.
