The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock. BioAuthorize Inc, recently enrolled in the Apple Inc iPhone Developer Program and has now launched the yadaSay application for the Apple App Store under the Utilities category. yadaSay provides text and audio translations between English and Spanish and users can opt to save and e-mail the translations. Apple Inc granted final approval for yadaSay to be offered in its Apple Stores on 24 March 2009 and downloads of the application are now available for USD0.99. The company anticipates more languages being added for translation, which would be accessible through a simple download update of the application. BioAuthorize has also become an approved vendor for the new Blackberry App World by Research in Motion and the company expects to offer yadaSay as its initial application when operations of the Blackberry App World commence.
