) announced that at a special meeting held today its stockholders approved and adopted the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 16, 2005, by and among Natus Medical Incorporated, Summer Acquisition Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natus, and Bio-logic and approved the merger of Summer Acquisition Corporation with and into Bio-logic, with Bio-logic continuing as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natus. The merger is expected to close prior to the open of trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market Nasdaq stock market
